If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.  Please call our customer service at 626-282-8823 for instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RMA) for your return.
Returns
Returns may be available up to 14 days from date of shipment and may incur a 20% restocking charge. Call for a required Return Authorization Number (RMA). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect your returned item. We may notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund minus the 20% restocking charge to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit upon evaluation of the return and issuance from our accounts payable department and depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any unpaid return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Liability from use of our products and/or Services
Liability to our customers shall not exceed our charges for products or contract services performed except by written agreement signed by both parties.
